Long and short of it I spent $162 including nappies (which I'm not including in the $100 a week food challenge) so that's really $142, which sounds bad until you take into account the fantastic meat bargains that I got and now have 15 meals' worth of meat in the freezer!
After averaging out the bulk purchases for the month (which means I can subtract $52 from this weeks' shop) my total for this week is $90, so $10 for any extra milk we need later in the week.
8 x Meat
Cooking Oil (Rice Bran and Olive Oil)
Washing Powder
Dish Washing Liquid
Noodles
Spagetti
Frozen vegetables
Ice Blocks - pack of 20 (I know, it's a treat but it was within budget and Carys will think they're better than candy)
Do I feel good? Why yes I do!!!
Baking day tomorrow... let's see what sort of fabulousness I can cook up.
