Whew, this menu planning is tricky stuff!

Going to keep it nice an simple and not over-reach on the first week.

WEEK ONE of the challenge!

Dinner
Chicken with stir fried vegetables and hokkien noodles
Homemade burgers and fries
BBQ Sausages, green salad & potato salad
Spagetti and Meatballs (Paul's favorite)
Pan fried fish and green salad
Cottage Pie and vegetables
Roast chicken pieces, potato and vegetables (Carys' favorite)
